REGULATIONS ON HYGIENE AND THE PREVENTION OF PHYTOSANITARY RISKS

Almeriplant Semilleros has designed a series of regulations to guarantee hygiene and phytosanitary risk prevention, in order to prevent phytosanitary risks arising from the production of market garden plants.

For the safety of all those concerned, the following instructions must be complied with:

- Check that the seeds are properly packaged and labelled.Never accept seeds in bulk.

- No returned seeds can be accepted once they have left the Almeriplant facilities.

- There is a maximum term during which the plant must remain in the seed bed:

Species   Maximum time in seed bed
Tomate, Berenjena y Melón   45-50 días
  Pimiento   50-55 días
  Pepino y Calabacín   25-30 días

- Is forbidden to smoke and eat on the facilities, except for those places in which such activities are authorised.

- Clients must enter and leave the facilities through the appropriate signposted doors.

- Two visits per stay may be made to the plant in the seed bed.Almeriplant gives each visitor a permit authorising that visitor to make the two visits permitted.

- A gown must be worn when entering the seed bed, and visitors must pass through the phytosanitary crossing.

- It is forbidden to touch the plants.

Almeriplant has taken the decision to implement these health measures for the purpose of guaranteeing your health, safety, and the future of your plants and crops.
